Happy Sweet 16 Gianna Mae!

Can't believe our baby is 16 today...

I love when I find the perfect birthday card...

I surprised her with balloons after school...

We celebrated with Chipotle for dinner and cake and ice cream for dessert...

She got two beautiful rings from Pandora, a new phone case, a Panera gift card, a Champion sweatshirt and a gift from her Aunties Kerry & Dena. 

And Sandy made me laugh this morning with another message.  This is in reference to Ricky Martin's character Miguel on General Hospital.  Totally cracked me up!!  I can't even begin to say how much these messages are a blessing.  Love you Sandy!!

Frozen Finals West Chester PA

What a great experience for Nicholas this past week! Both Lumberjacks teams secured spots in the frozen finals in PA...

His team played two games yesterday...

He played 3rd period of Game One and was put in net shortly after first period of Game Two.  He got to play the rest of Game Two but sadly they lost both games. 

His longtime friend and hockey teammate plays for the Worcester Railers so they took pictures together after the game...

He should be home within the next few days for the summer...or maybe longer.  We're not sure what the future holds for him just yet but what an amazing experience these past seven months have been for him. He started in Burlington, VT and then moved to Waterville Valley, NH...he worked at the mountain and got to ski for free...he met so many great friends...he got to travel a bit...he got to play a ton of hockey...and he was picked "Player of the Week" and "Goalie of the Month" by the EHLP.  What more could you ask for?  

Elite Performance Challenge

What an incredible way to start the dance competition season after a full year of nothing!!  This is Julia's 6th time competing her solo at Elite Performance Challenge.  She's placed 2nd twice.  I guess 6th time was a charm!  Because this year...which sadly is her last...she finally won first place!!  Yay!!!!

She won an Elite Platinum and she also received a special award...

So well deserved!!  Watch here...
