We had a wonderful Christmas!! Now we're enjoying some down time (with some dancing and hockey in between). We've had a fire going pretty much every night and some nice home cooked meals. We've been playing lots of Nancy Drew and a fun card game that Nicholas got in his stocking called Skip-Bo. I've been watching some really good movies on my kindle fire. I absolutely loved Like Crazy. It reminded me so much of my college days. And I also loved The Reader (Kate Winslet is one of my favorite actresses) and a cute and quirky movie called Vicky Cristina Barcelona. If it wasn't for my kindle fire, I never would have watched any of those movies.
And look what Danny got me for Christmas...
I love, love, love it!! Yes, it might be a little (OK maybe a lot) tacky but I love it!! It makes our bedroom so warm and cozy!! Thank you Daniel for indulging me and ordering this from our favorite shopping network QVC!! (haha!!!) We are kind of obsessed with QVC lately. I guess we're showing our age.
