Christmas by the Sea

I enjoyed another Christmas by the Sea in Ogunquit this past weekend. There's nothing like it to help you get into the Christmas spirit!  All the stores and restaurants are decorated so beautifully.  It was a weekend of shopping, good food and lots of laughs!

We stopped along the shopping route for some cocktails and appetizers and watched the Christmas parade go by.  This was a yummy eggnog cocktail...

We watched the fireworks from Footbridge Beach.  The weather was just gorgeous - sunny and mild all weekend long...

Sunday morning we went down to Perkins Cove for more shopping. So pretty there by the water...

Pallian had lots of those Old World ornaments that I love.  I could have bought them all...

Cigars - reminded me of Dad...

CeCe was covered in room spray and all kinds of lotions. She wondered why she couldn't get rid of the smell. Maybe it's because you have lotion on the tip of your nose? We had a good laugh over this...

This table was to die for!!  So was the price...over $2000...yikes!!

The Wells High School marching band playing and all the people in the restaurant singing along...reminds me of my days in the high school marching band...

Such a great weekend! I'm already looking forward to next year! 

Merry and Bright

I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping!! Yay! Now it's time for some marathon wrapping. 

We bought and decorated our tree last weekend...

My pictures never do our tree justice.  It really is so pretty...and I'm loving the mantle this year too...

and Gianna's friend Luke is back...

Funny story about the elf.  I asked Gianna if she wanted to stay home alone for a few minutes or if she wanted to come with me.  She said, "Mom. I'm pretty sure I'll be fine at home alone.  We have an ELF in the house to protect me!!"  

And...she was totally serious.  Too cute!

Three in braces!!!

This is what you get when you have 3 babies in 3 1/2 years...3 kids in braces!! All at the same time!! Ka-ching! $$$$$$
