Ouch!

Gianna has started with the orthodontist...even before her big sister!  Her front tooth still isn't coming in.  There's just no room.  So they are getting ready to put in a palatal expander which means spacers...

And they put these prong things in to keep her tongue from pushing on her bottom teeth.  Ouch!  It looks so uncomfortable but she says it doesn't hurt anymore.  I guess she's getting used to it.  Thank goodness.
