Snow day

No school today.  It was the first official snow storm of the season.  Although I wouldn't really call it a "storm".  We've had way way worse.  But I was very grateful the kids didn't have to drive to school on the slippery roads.  I liked knowing they were safe in their beds this morning. 

I absolutely love it when it snows in December!  I just don't love to shovel it.  So I sent the kids outside to do it!  ; )   They only complained a little...

It's so pretty...especially with all the Christmas lights...
