Year one is done

This has been a sad few days for Julia saying goodbye to her freshman year of college. She had a fabulous year!!

Happy Mother's Day

Sweet gestures of LOVE from my hubby...

From my first born, Nicholas, who blessed me with becoming a Mom and who is turning into a wonderful young man...

My feisty funny Gianna Mae, who keeps me guessing everyday...

I also got to snuggle with two of my other "kids"...

Julia's almost done with her first year of college so we drove up to Endicott today to pick up some of her things so moving out day isn't overwhelming (that's not even all of it)...

I'm going back up this Friday to bring her home for the summer!  Yay!!  I'll be so happy to have my girl home again!  She's so much fun to be around and always makes me laugh!  We had a nice lunch and she brought us to the beautiful Singing Beach which is right down the street from her school.  I'll say it again and again...how lucky is she to be living up there?  Just so gorgeous!!! 

And I thought I would add a funny pic of my Mama on this Mother's Day. I remember this like it was yesterday.  She always collapsed on the couch right after dinner from all the hard work. It always cracked me up so that's why we have this picture!!  Love and miss you my Mama!!  

Simply the funniest and silliest, amazingly creative, artistic, musical, compassionate, beautiful and most loving soul there ever was. I am so blessed to call her My Mom.

New dance team 2022-23

Julia had her college dance team auditions for next season.  All the girls from this year were told they made the team again but had to re-audition anyway.  And guess who got the highest audition score out of all the girls with a score of 99 out of 100 points?!  My Julia!  And it wasn't her coach judging either.  It was three other judges!  Woohoo!! 

Two girls are missing from this picture so there are a total of 15 girls for the new season! So excited!! 

College Decision Day

The decision has been made by The Boy and it's...

He secured himself a spot on the hockey team too! 

He also visited Weber State College in Utah and loved it. He made the team there too so it was a very hard decision to make!

ADA

I spent the past two days at ADA in Providence with Gianna.  Very fun and successful weekend with awesome dancing from Gianna and our studio!

I assume production "Wonderland" placed first but I don't know if it was up against any other dances? Somehow I missed that one.

End of Season Celebration

Today was Julia's end of the year dance team celebration.  Crazy how fast this freshman year went by.

Coach Nikki only gave out four awards this year and Julia got one of them.  She got "Rookie of the Year"!!  Nikki had such nice things to say about Julia...
