Back in 2016, Julia placed 7th with her solo Homeless out of 182 solos at Starpower Nationals. Simply amazing!! Studio L is an incredible dance studio and to see her name among the best kids at that competition was unbelievable...
So yesterday a video from the UDA college dance team nationals we had just competed at showed up on my YouTube feed. It was about siblings dancing together in the Big 10. The last name "Stillwagon" rang a bell. I went back on my blog to do a little dance competition results research and discovered something pretty amazing about most of the kids who placed in that nationals top 10.

Two professional dancers with one of them having recently competed on the TV show World of Dance.
One is on the University of Minnesota dance team that just won the D1A national title in Pom.
One is on The Ohio State dance team that just won the D1A national title in Jazz.
Two are on the Rutgers dance team which is one of the top 10 D1A dance teams in the nation.
Wow!! She was in great company! And proud to say her dance team is consistently one of the top 5 Open dance teams in the nation having just won another national title this year!
Very impressive that many are still dancing today and are so driven and successful!
